contec’s (a local manufacturing company) annual 3-day employee health fair is this week & it will be a huge ebb n flow week! this is my 3rd year participating and my 2nd doing so all 3 days 🥵 so here we go! 🏃🏾♀️each day is at a different location with am & afternoon sessions 🫠🙌🏾💪🏾
