baldflower’s gut health capsules are intended to help ease indigestion & heartburn as well as relieve bloat, gas & stimulate a bowel movement. 

for the upper gi tract: take one capsule before eating as needed or 2 capsules to settle your stomach.

for the lower gi tract: take up to 3 capsules before bedtime with 8-12 oz of warm water.
