jiaogulan

jiaogulan has been deemed the “the herb of immortality” by Traditional Chinese Medicine texts.  i prepare a tea by rinsing the dried leaves with distilled water and then adding spring water warmed to 150°.  let it steep for 3 minutes & enjoy!  TCM texts recommend 4 to 8 cups daily for 3 months for maximum benefits.
