instructions: apply to the scalp twice a week at night and cover your head with a silk bonnet or sleep on a silk pillowcase.  for oil-tolerant scalps: leave the hair growth butter on your scalp; for those who do not prefer an oily scalp & hair: wash your hair the morning after application.
